The dinner buffet was really great and they a had 50 percent discount for hotel guests.
AC was leaking water the whole night and the thermostat wasn't working and the room was getting super chilled. We just couldn't figure out how to turn off one of the lights in the room at night despite trying everything. We were too tired to call house keeping in the middle of the night so we slept with the light on ( we covered the LED bulb with a paper bag) and woke up with a puddle of AC water in the room. Next day the hotel offered to change our room but we asked them to first try and fix the ac as we didn't want to pack and unpack again. They got the problem resolved so we didn't change rooms.

El desayuno malo y caro y tuve que reclamar siempre para que lo trajeran tal como se ofrece. Un corte de luz dejó el hotel a oscuras. Tuve que bajar 6 pisos por las escaleras con equipaje y hacer checkout anticipado pues la habitación era un horno
